Hotel Maya - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

I was on a first floor walkout and the view was spectacular. My room was large and comfortable. There was a restaurant on site, which was really helpful because I had no mode of transportation and I am not a fan of being a solo taxi passenger. The hotel also offered free shuttle to the cruise port about 1/2 mile away, which was a huge bonus for me and unexpected.

This place has got to be by far the best hotel I have stayed in hands down!!!!! It’s pet friendly! Check in was so fast and easy, the restaurant and bar staff were absolutely incredible. The food was great and drinks were heavy handed. Room was beautifully decorated and clean, pool was an absolute dream after dancing all night at the event we attended just 2 mins away. Room service was offered every morning. I will be making this my yearly spot to stay at ever June moving forward. Thank you Hotel Maya peace ✌🏻 out

The property was beautiful and in a beautiful location.

Location was perfect for our Carnival cruise, and offered a free shuttle. We utilized the shuttle to go to downtown Long Beach where he enjoyed a nice happy hour at Parker's Lighthouse. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Had a nice lunch at the restaurant on site. Bed was very comfortable.
